Our Responsibilities 4.1 Management's Role: o Lead by example by treating all employees and colleagues with respect and dignity. o Ensure fair and consistent application of this policy in all management decisions. o Act promptly and confidentially to address any concerns or complaints of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. o Provide the necessary training and support to help employees understand and uphold this policy. 4.2 Everyone's Role: o Treat all colleagues, clients, and partners with dignity and respect. o Challenge inappropriate behaviour and promote an inclusive environment. o Report any instance of discrimination, harassment, or bullying you experience or witness to your line manager, a member of the People & OD team, or a trusted colleague. o Co-operate fully with any investigation into a complaint. ________________________________________ 5. Addressing Concerns & Complaints 5.1 If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or bullying, we encourage you to raise the matter promptly. You may do this informally in the first instance by speaking to the person involved, if you feel comfortable doing so, or by talking to your manager. 5.2 If the issue is not resolved, or if you feel the matter is too serious for an informal approach, you should raise a formal complaint with the directors team. All complaints will be handled sensitively, confidentially, and in accordance with our Dignity at Work and Grievance procedures. ________________________________________ 6. Implementation and Dissemination 6.1 This policy will be shared with all employees and will be made available on the company intranet. It will form part of our employee induction and will be referenced in ongoing training and management briefings. ________________________________________ 7.
